Dainsberg, John "Jack" age 87 passed away peacefully at home on 3/21/21. Jack was a friendly and generous person that helped countless people in his lifetime. Others needs were always before his own. He enjoyed hunting and traveling in his earlier years, and a good meal in his later ones! He was a fantastic trumpet player, former teacher at Hopkins West Junior High, Army veteran, father and grandfather. He will be missed by all who knew him. Honor his memory by doing something generous for someone in need. Celebration of life to be held at a later date. Interment will be at Ft. Snelling. Preceded in death by parents, Ole and Minnie (Strand) Dainsberg; siblings, Eleanor, Marshall (Bud), Harold (Snooks), Adele, Lorraine and Stanley. Survived by sons, Andrew, Thomas and grandson, Nikolas.
