Raphael John "Ray" Parins Green Bay - Raphael John "Ray" Parins, 89, passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2021. He was born on November 9, 1931, in Mill Center, WI to Celestin and Anna (Boehm) Parins. Ray served with the U.S. Marines during the Korean War. He married Glenna Allen on September 22, 1956. Together they started RJ Parins Plumbing and Heating in 1967. Ray was a past President of Associated Master Plumbers. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his friends and brother, Milt. Survivors include his children, Lisa (John) Wheeler, Lynda (Jeff) Mertz, and Paul (Andrea) Parins; grandchildren, Jessica (Eric) Dollar, Aaron (Emily) Mertz; great-grandchildren, Jeff, Evelyn, Morgen, Isabelle; his sister, Bernice Kryger; and sisters-in-law, Dianne Parins and Sally Allen; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Ray was preceded in death by his wife, Glenna; his parents; siblings, Celest (Verna Mae) Parins, Milton Parins, Don (Agnes) Parins, Marcella (Dick) Lucente, Jackie (Herb) Matuszak, Marie (Raymond) DuChateau, Lucille (Harold) Boetther, Anne Haraburd, Carol (Chuck) Roberts; parents-in-law, Anson and Evelyn Birchard; and brothers-in-law, Ron Kryger and Albert Allen. A private family Service will be held at Blaney Funeral Home. There will be a public Memorial Mass held at a later date. Entombment will be in Fort Howard Memorial Park.
