Wallace J. Rupley, 83, of Rye Township, PA, went to be with the Lord on March 26, 2021. Wallace was born in Harrisburg, PA on September 22, 1937, the son of the late John W. and Elizabeth I. (Dupree) Rupley. He retired from Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill as the Groundskeeper--Supervisor. He enjoyed sprint car racing and hunting. Wally's hobbies were steam engines, Case Tractors, traveling, flea markets and collecting very old bottles with his family. Wally is survived by his wife of 59 years, Esther M. (Miller) Rupley, a daughter, Marsha, wife of Joseph Henry, two sons, Jeff Rupley, his wife, Sue, Wally Rupley, his wife, Cheryl, a sister, Kathleen Snavely. Also his grandchildren, Shawn, Tabitha, Mike, six great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Deckman. Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 3, 2021 in Chestnut Grove Cemetery, Spruce Street, Marysville, PA with Pastor Douglas Eberly officiating.
