James T. Piper
James T. Piper San Clemente - Longtime resident of San Clemente, James (Jim) T. Piper, was taken from us on January 18, 2021 at the age of 97. He was living in Palm Desert, California at the time of his death. Jim was at home surrounded by his loving family during his last days. His death was the result of complications from COVID Pneumonia. Jim married Constance (Connie) the love of his life in November, 1947. They were married for 61 wonderful and special years. Connie preceded Jim in death in 2008. They had four children, Vince and his wife Ann Piper, Jerry and his wife Jennifer Piper, Pat and his wife Becky, and Cameron and her husband Denny Galford, nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Jim also had a significant lady friend, Patsy Howe, who shared many life adventures with him. Jim was a proud father, grandfather and great grandfather. Jim will be missed by family and friends; our life was full with him in it. Oh, the stories he could tell us all. We will celebrate Jim's life with a burial at sea where he will join Connie and Jerry at a date yet to be determined.
