Eric Anthony Carrillo Oxnard - Eric Anthony Carrillo, of Oxnard, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 21, 2021, at the age of 27. Eric was born on March 17, 1993, to Patty Alvidrez and Armando Carrillo. He was an artist for 10 years which came from his love of drawing and painting. He also was a barber and enjoyed carpentry work. Eric enjoyed going to the gym, playing sports such as basketball and football. He loved shooting hoops and throwing the football around with his niece and nephews and showing you videos of their skills. He enjoyed hanging with his friends, especially on Sundays. He played the tables and was a gamer but he really, really enjoyed shopping for clothes. He is loved and will be missed by all who knew him. Eric is preceded in death by his father Armando Carrillo. He is survived by his mother Patty Alvidrez, sister: Renee Carrillo, nephews: Taylen, Kaden, Braylen, and niece Brylee. He is also survived by his aunt Frances McAngus (Gary), cousins: Jaime Esquivel (Raylene), Patrick (Sara), Jeremy Herrera and Bobby Martinez. Girlfriend: Cheynne and little Brock. His other family: his cherished friends, you know who you are. Mass will be held for Eric on Friday, March 12, 2021, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 2511 S C St, Oxnard, CA 93033, at 10 am.
