age 87. Passed away peacefully on February 28, 2021. Beloved husband of 60 years to the late Jeanne (nee McNamee). Loving father of Patricia Baker (Joseph), Stephen Baker (Jan) and Robert Baker (Michelle). Cherished grandfather of Kaylee, Allyson, Joey and Stephen. Dearest brother-in-law to Kathleen McNamee, Lois Hanslik (Marc) and Marilyn McNamee (Dick Drumm) (John McNamee, deceased). Also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Steve was very proud to carry on the McNamee family tradition by joining the Cleveland Fire Department in 1962, retiring after 31 years of service. He also served in the Honor Guard, as well as holding many positions in the Cleveland Firefighters American Legion Post 339. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Western Reserve Fire Museum, 310 Carnegie Avenue, Cleveland Ohio 44115. U. S. Army Veteran. Mass of Christian Burial Friday May 7, 2021 Mary Queen of the Apostles Parish, (Engle Road) at 10:45 AM. (EVERYONE MEET AT CHURCH) Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71).
