Dr. Alison Hines, 56 Dr. Alison Hines, born in Staten Island on June 11, 1964, to Sara R. and the late Herbert E. Hines Jr., passed away January 22, 2021. She graduated from Music and Art High School, Dartmouth College, and received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University; she lived and practiced in Kennesaw, Georgia. She was predeceased by her brother, Dr. Christopher E. Hines, her elder sister, Melanie Hines-Amponsah, and Rebekkah Amponsah. Along with her mother, Sara, Alison is survived by her oldest sister, Jocelyn-Hines Cooper, and husband, Louis, sister-in-law, Magdalene Hines, nephew, Jeremy E. Hines, and wife, Jessica, nieces, Chelsea N. Cooper, Miranda C. Hines, and Lyndsey Cooper. Alison lived a life striving for kindness, compassion, and laughter in the world. She loved music, art, saltwater, fishing, hiking, good food, and fun times. Alison had the ability to see the humor in just about everything. And most of all, she possessed a love for humanity, nature animals, and all living things.
