Jack Elwood "Mokie" McGhee III
Jack "Mokie" Elwood McGhee III Jack "Mokie" Elwood McGhee III, 52, resident of Tulsa, OK passed away February 19, 2021 at 12:23pm. Jack was born January 21, 1969 in Tulsa, OK, to Jack E. McGhee Jr. and Patty Ann Crane. He will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him. In high school Mokie was a phenomenal athlete, wrestler and that took him everywhere and he knew people from all over the world. Jack's calling was to become a teacher and his first year in teaching he got Teacher of the Year. He taught at Webster High School as a wrestling and history coach and substituted at all the schools in Tulsa. He was an incredible teacher in any subject and all the students loved him from kindergarten to 12th grade. Jack was preceded in passing by his mother, Patty Ann Crane. Jack is survived by his father, Jack Elwood McGhee Jr.; aunt, Celia Redd; daughter, Lauren McGhee; daughter, Adriana Carter; step-brother, Jeffrey McGhee; sisters, Tammi and Carmen; brother, Travis; and numerous other family members and friends. Visitation will be 10am-6pm, Friday, February 26, 2021, at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 12:30 pm, Saturday, February 27, 2021, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
