In memory of
Myrtle Wolford Myrtle Wolford, 90, of Belleville, Illinois, born August 2, 1930, passed away February 12, 2021 peacefully at her home "The Farm", surrounded by her loving family. She was married to the love of her life, Dan Wolford, which she shared over 67 years of true partnership and happiness. Myrtle will forever be remembered for her true faith in God, her love of family, children, and close friends. In life, Myrtle was a giver in that she always gave her time to help people and to spread the Good News of Jesus. She was a kindergarten teacher, a caregiver, and a helper to all who would take it. To meet her was to meet a lifelong friend. Myrtle always had endless love for her children and, in passing, she will be with God continuing to watch over her family. When you remember Myrtle think of a very special person, wife and mother. In heaven, Myrtle will surely be dancing, singing, whooping, laughing, and seeing all that God had planned for her. Let us rejoice in a life well-lived and well-loved. Myrtle is survived by her husband Dan and her four children, Douglas, David, Drew and Katherine, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present or the future, nor any powers, neither height or depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
