JUDITH GRACE SPICER-QUALMAN March 28, 1956 ˜ January 21, 2021 Judith Grace Spicer-Qualman passed away at her Washougal, WA, home Jan. 21, 2021. She was born in Vancouver, WA, March 28, 1956, to Stanley and Susan Spicer. Judy received a bachelor of arts from Western Washington University. She was a homemaker who enjoyed quilting, painting, crossword puzzles and going out to the country. Above all else, Judy loved her family. She is survived by her husband, David C. Qualman, and daughter, Sophy Jane Collett. A memorial service was held at Straub’s Funeral Home in Camas Feb. 6, 2021. Memorial donations may be made to Two Rivers Heritage Museum in Washougal.
