RED LION - Stanley W. "Stan" Hynoski Jr., 79, of Red Lion, entered into eternal rest at his residence at 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 29, 2021. Stan was born in Mount Carmel, March 27, 1941, a son of the late Stanley W. Sr. and Pearl (Domboski) Hynoski. He graduated from Mount Carmel Catholic High School, Class of 1958. Stan was a U.S. Army veteran. He was the husband of Harriet (Vincenzes) Hynoski, of Red Lion, whom he married Oct. 13, 1962, celebrating 58 years together. He was a senior maintenance technician at the former M&M Mars Inc., in Elizabethtown, where he worked from 1973 to 2000, when he retired. Prior to that, he was employed at the House of Windsor Cigar Factory. Stan was a member of VFW Post 1446, in Red Lion, a lifetime member and member of the board of directors at Windsor Fish and Game Association, Knights of Columbus, the Anthracite Fire Co., of Mount Carmel, and was avid hunter. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Stan was our rock - forever in our hearts. Surviving, in addition to his wife, Harriet, he leaves to cherish his memory two daughters, Denise M. Mauzy and her husband, Gary W., of York, and Natalie Hynoski and her husband, Roy Magac, of York; a son Steven W. Hynoski, of Red Lion; loving grandfather to Tyler L. Miller, Ashley E. Miller, Allie R. Hynoski, Sophia M. Hynoski and Katie A. Magac; two stepgrandchildren, Dustin and Chandler Mauzy; a sister, Gloria M. Howard, of Mount Carmel; and his loving grand-dog, Troy. He was preceded in death by a stepgrandson, Cody W. Mauzy. HYNOSKI - Stanley W. "Stan" Hynoski Jr., 79, of Red Lion. Cremation will take place at Burg Funeral Home Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion. Graveside service and burial for Stan will be scheduled in the spring and will take place at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, with full military rites being presented, at a time and date to be announced.
