Weber, LaDoris M. LaDoris "Dorie" M. Weber, age 95, died peacefully on Saturday, January 23, 2021, at Faith Hospice - Trillium Woods, Byron Center, with family holding her hands. She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Ronald (Katie) Weber; sister, Norma Viola; sister-in-law, Stella Homrich; and many nieces and nephews, cousins, neighbors, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arden; parents Otto and Matilda Homrich; special friend, Elmer Wolf; brothers Delmer and Ronald Homrich; sister, Phyllis Nickels; and many in-laws: Gerald Nickels, Lucille and Eldridge Thomasma, Arthur and Irene Webber, Louise and George Pullen, Arlene and Roy Duncan, Juanita, Eldon, and Robert and Bernice Weber. Dorie was a beautiful, sweet, special lady from another era. She enjoyed flower gardening, dancing, being hostess to her many friends, taking bus trips for new adventures, shopping, going out to lunch, and formerly volunteered to prepare food for funeral luncheons for her parish. She was very faithful in attending Sunday Mass throughout her life. The family is grateful to the staff of Faith Hospice - Trillium Woods for compassionately and safely helping Dorie to reach her eternal home with such grace. Mass of Christian Burial was held 11 a.m. Thursday, January 28, 2021 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 4101 Clyde Park Ave. SW, Wyoming, with visitation one hour prior. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John Vianney Catholic Church or Faith Hospice. The family welcomes memories and messages in their guest book online at www.cookcaresbyron.com .
