Robert J. Hartman, 69, of Philadelphia died Sunday, January 10, 2021. Born in Coatesville, he was the son of the late John A. and Elizabeth Rehbeck Hartman, Sr. He graduated from Coatesville Area Senior High in 1969. Bob is survived by his brother, John A.
