Adeline L. Dolly (DeMarco) DeNapoli, of Braintree, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, after a long illness on January 14, 2021, at the age of 91. Born in Boston and raised in Medford, Dolly graduated from Medford High School. Along with her husband, Dolly owned and operated a store, The Gift Shop in Braintree center for many years. A devout catholic and longtime member of St. Clare Church in Braintree, she was also past president of the Catholic Womens Club. Dolly had many passions, however, it was always family first and spending time with her family and friends is what brought her the most joy. A devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, Dolly will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to have known her. Dolly was the wife of the late Ernest A. DeNapoli. Loving mother of Steven DeNapoli and his fianc Sharon Klein of Braintree and Ronald DeNapoli of FL. Sister of the late Walter DeMarco and Albert DeMarco. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. In keeping with the Covid-19 guidelines, which include face coverings, social distancing and wait times in line due to temporary limited capacity, relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation period on Tuesday, January 19th, from 9:30 a.m. | 11:00 a.m. at the Cartwright-Venuti Funeral Home, 845 Washington St., Braintree. A private Funeral Mass will be held in St. Clare Church, 1244 Liberty St., Braintree. Burial will follow in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd, Waltham, MA 02452.
