Leon Monroe Tillman
Leon Monroe Tillman Leon Monroe Tillman, born May 4th, 1950 in Union County Florida, and passed from this earth on January 1st, 2021. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Betty Ann, his two sons Winston and James, eight wonderful grandchildren – Winston II, Jeremiah, Daniel, Lilith, Jared, Elizabeth, Hannahbelle, and Conan, his brothers Mitchell, Robert, and Lamar, his sisters June, Paulette, and Dee as well as his Uncle Johnnie Griffis. There are many others, friends and family, too numerous to count. Leon led a very full, long, and happy life, surrounded by his family and friends. His working occupation was heavy construction, but his life was full of many other interests. His earned his pilot's license, played guitar and sang with a lovely Irish Tenor, was an active Living Historian, horseman, coachman, wheelwright, leather craftsman, rancher and a carpenter.
