Dewey V. Tarver Knoxville - Dewey V. Tarver was born on February 4, 1941 and passed peacefully on December 10,2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He loved to rebuild old cars and fishing. He sang in the choir at his church home, Bells Campground United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Linda Tarver; his son Ricky Tarver; and his parents Vaughn and Thelma Tarver. He is survived by his children; Robin Ollis, Mitchell Grimes (Dawn), and Dewey W. Tarver (Teri), his grandchildren; James Harrell (Ann), Stephanie Smith (Matthew), Quinton Tarver (Jackie), and Ethan Grimes, great grandchildren; Tyler and Mackenzie Harrell. A Celebration of Life will be held at Sherwood Chapel and Memorial Gardens, 3176 Airport Hwy, Alcoa TN, 37701, on January 16, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. led by Pastor Brad Brown.
