GRAHAM- Condolences are being shared with the family of Mr. Curtis Jerry Ratliff as they prepare for services celebrating his life on Thursday, January 14, 2021 from the chapel of Sharpe Funeral Home, Inc. at 1:00pm. The family will greet friends thirty minutes prior to the services and the public viewing for Jerry will be on Wednesday at the funeral home from 1-7pm. A private inurnment will be held at a later date by the family. Curtis Jerry Ratliff was born to Curtis Rogers and Viola Ratliff Glover in Alamance County, NC on April 12, 1948. Jerry was a 1966 graduate of Jordan Sellars High School and soon after enlisted into the United State Marine Corps. He served during the Vietnam Conflict and was honorably discharged. He was a member of Burnetts Chapel Christian Church where he served faithfully with the Food Bank Ministry and the Missionaries. He was employed as a professional driver for Glen Raven Mills, Inc. He leaves loving and cherished memories to his loving wife Janet White Ratliff; two daughters: Tina R. Rogers (Donnell, Jr.) and LaToya Ratliff; brother: Leslie Glover; 10 grandchildren; two step-sons: Kelvin Day (Crystal) and Craig Day as well as several nieces and nephews, in-laws, other relatives and dear friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four siblings: Samuel Ratliff, Patricia Ann Ratliff Bryson, Shirley Jackson and Lossie Glover.
