Harold Glen Kuchel
Harold Glen Kuchel passed away at home surrounded by family on December 24, 2020 after a long battle with Parkinson's disease. Born in Iowa on December 20, 1944 Hal attended Occidental College and Duke Law school before leaving to serve his country as a lieutenant in the army during the Vietnam war. He was later presented the Bronze Star medal for his service. When he returned to the states, he moved up the ranks of Lucky Stores before starting a successful tax and financial business. He was a beloved husband, father, papa and friend known for his kindness, honesty, and generosity to all those who knew him. Hal is survived by his wife of 46 years Darlene, brother Bill, daughter Tracy Downey her husband Sean and children Brooklynn, Presley, and Hudson. He is also survived by 2 sons Eric Kuchel his wife Adriana and their children Sophia and Ava and youngest son Mark Kuchel. A private graveside service will be held at Loma Vista Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Parkinsons Foundation or Michael J. Fox Foundation in Harold's name.
