Stephen, William 7/2/1929 - 1/3/2021 Dexter, MI William Edward Stephen, age 91, passed away Sunday January 3, 2021 at Angela Hospice in Livonia Michigan. He was born in Jackson, Michigan and lived in Ann Arbor, Michigan where he graduated from Ann Arbor High School in 1947. After high school, he worked for King Seely until he joined the army and served in Korea. He married Beatrice Wahl on August 29, 1953. He worked for Chrysler until the age of 55 and continued working for GT Products until retired at 62. Bill enjoyed traveling, classic cars, softball and bowling. The best times were with the family at North Lake and vacationing together. He is survived by his wife, Beatrice, daughters , Kim Early, Mary McKillen, Diane (Skip) Slocum, nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Bob, sister Margaret and daughter Patricia. A celebration of life will be held later this summer. Contributions can be made to the Salvation Army and the Dexter Senior Center. Muehlig Funeral Chapel
