Michael J. McGivern, 70, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Monday Jan. 4, 2021. He was born Dec. 5, 1950, in Pittsburgh, the son of the late Bernard and Jean (Howenstein) McGivern. Michael was a longtime member of the American Legion in Mt. Pleasant. He is survived by his children, Carol, Christine and Michael, all of Pittsburgh. Michael is also survived by his sisters, Barb, Pam and Lynn. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Bernard Jr. and Bob.
