Edward Madison affectionately known as "Mummy" passed away peacefully at Nottingham Regional Rehab Center in Baton Rouge, LA. on Thursday, December 31, 2020. He was 74 years old and a native of Baton Rouge, LA. He is survived by a devoted and loving wife of 52 years, Charlotte Nixon Madison; three devoted and caring children, Carl Madison, Deatreaus (Kozimuh) Johnson, Baton Rouge, LA. and Patrick Madison, Coral Springs, FL.; four grandchildren, Carlissya, Jalil, Carly, and Patrick, II; four great-grandchildren; four brothers, Calvin L. Thomas, Warren Madison, Charles (Edna) Brown, and Rev. Gerald (Teacia) Madison; four sisters, Clayia (George) Hamilton, Terrell Mitchell, Linda (Bruce) Brown, and Patricia (George) Anthony, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Visitation will be held Friday, January 8, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. until Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. at St. Mary Baptist Church 1252 N. Acadian Thruway Baton Rouge, LA.
