In memory of
Narcissa Osborn Frazeysburg - Narcissa Eliza Osborn, 94, died Thursday morning, December 31, 2020 at Licking Memorial Hospital, Newark, Ohio. The daughter of Charles Guy and Nellie Blanche (Fairall) Harsha, she was born March 10,1926 on the family farm outside of Frazeysburg. On July 19, 1947 she married Albert Morgan Osborn at the family farm and together they were the 3rd generation to live there. At the age of 80 she and husband moved to Heath, Ohio. Narcissa attended Black Run School and was a 1943 graduate of Frazeysburg High School. She joined the Perryton United Methodist Church in November 1942 and played the piano for many years, and then from 1963 to 2018 she was the church organist. She and her family all sang in the church choir over the years. Narcissa held many of the church offices and she was a Sunday school teacher, helped with VBS and was member of the Perryton's WSCS / UMW Women Society. Surviving is one son Daniel (Ruth) Osborn of Frazeysburg; three daughters Karen (Rob) Bucy of Warsaw, Elizabeth "Betsy" (David) Sharp of Williamsburg, Ohio and Carole (Thomas) Lah of Westerville; seven grandchildren Janelle Osborn, Heather (Tye) Twarog, Leigh Anne (J.D.) Watters, Aaron (Kristen) Sharp, Jeremy (Joy) Sharp, Michael Lah, and McKenna Lah and two great grandchildren, Braxton Twarog and Gilbert Watters. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Albert Morgan Osborn who died October 29, 2008; a brother Harvey Harsha and a sister Edna (Ted) Conover. Narcissa's children would like to thank her nieces, Patricia Wright, Connie Kyle, Sharon Mc Queen and Donna Taylor who checked in on Mom for visits or transportation over the years. We will be forever grateful to you. Private funeral services will be held, but all are welcome to attend the committal service at 3:00pm Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Frazeysburg Cemetery where Narcissa will be laid to rest next to her loving husband.
