Howard Harlan Frazeysburg - Howard Dale Harlan, 86, formerly of Frazeysburg, Ohio died Wednesday afternoon, December 30, 2020 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville, Ohio. Born September 2, 1934 in Champaign County, Ohio he was a son of the late Ray E. and Viola M. (Gondolf) Harland and was a graduate of Jeffersonville High School. Mr. Harlan was a truck driver for several years and then he became a warehouse supervisor for Kubota of Columbus, a position he held for 40 years. He enjoyed fishing and watching airplanes take-off and land at Columbus airport with his grandchildren. Howard was also a very avid Ohio State Buckeyes football fan. Surviving are four sons, Raymond Harlan of Washington Court House, Ohio, Dennis Harlan and Chris Harlan, both of Columbus and Jeff Harlan of Circleville, Ohio; one daughter, Tammy Sue Harlan of Washington Court House and several grandchildren. Also surviving are three brothers, Carl (Sheryl) Harlan of Frazeysburg, Eugene (Norma Jean) Harlan of Georgetown, Pennsylvania and Harold (Norma Jean) Harlan of Crownsville, Maryland; two sisters in-law, Charma Harlan of Springfield, Ohio and Wanda Harland of Washington Court House and several nieces and nephews. There will be no public calling hours or funeral services. Howard will be laid to rest next to his parents in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
