RANSHAW - Barbara Myers, 79, of 346 Main St., passed away peacefully Sunday, Dec. 27, 2020, in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Glen Rogers, West Virginia on July 7, 1941, a daughter of the late Harry and Geraldine (Jones) Coldiron. She attended school in Glen Rogers. Barbara is survived by her husband, Dennis Myers; two twin sons, Patrick Myers and his wife, Georgina, of Shamokin, and Paul Myers and his wife, Brenda, of Excelsor; a sister, Hilda Lee Lubich and her husband, Ronny, of West Virginia; three grandsons, Paul Vernitsky, Nicholas Vernitsky and his wife, Debra, and Hunter Myers; three granddaughters, Tabby Vernitsky, Milly Mayeresky, and Megan Long; a great grandson, Gavin Wondolosky; and a great granddaughter, Grace Vernitsky. In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Buster and Hilda (Dillon) Daniels; stepfather, Ross Phipps; and two sisters, Pamela Cabe and Harriet Coldiron. \MYERS - Barbara Myers, 79, of 346 Main St., Ranshaw. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Sarah Hershberger officiating at Farrow-C.J. Lucas Funeral and Cremation Service, 240 W. Chestnut St., Shamokin, Lori Ann Campbell, supervisor. Burial will be held following the service in Northumberland Memorial Park, Sunbury.
