Hugh Andrew Wallace Sept. 3, 1931 - Nov. 6, 2020 In Loving Memory Hugh Andrew Wallace, 89, passed away peacefully on Nov. 6, 2020, in St. Joseph, MO. Hugh was born Sept. 3, 1931, in El Dorado, AR to Andrew M. "Slick" and Erin Morgan Wallace. At an early age, the family moved and made their home in OKC. Hugh graduated from Crooked Oak High School and served in the Air Force during the Korean War. In 1958, he married Glenda Jane Spencer. Hugh spent most of his life working in the oil industry, including over 20 years with Kerr-McGee in OKC and St. Louis, MO. Hugh was a devoted family man and father. He enjoyed woodworking and always had a knack for fixing things no matter how bad a shape they were in. He was a Shriner and a 32nd degree Mason. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, William H. Wallace. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Glenda; three children, 10 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one very sad dog. A private ceremony was held with immediate family on Nov. 8, 2020.
