George Edward Chivlare Evansville - George Edward Chivlare, age 83, of Evansville passed away Thursday, November 19th at Parkview Care Center. He was born February 22, 1937 in Evansville, to the late Taylor and Nellie Chivlare. George was a member of the Evansville Athletic club and an avid bowler. He was an IU Basketball fan. George enjoyed spending time with his family. He retired from Crescent Plastics after 52 years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Chivlare and his son, Dale Chivlare. George is survived by his daughter, Sheri Cox and husband, Steven; son, Steve Chivlare; grandchildren, Danielle Russell and husband, Travis, and Andrew Cox; great grandsons, Anderson and Leo Russell, all of Evansville, Indiana, and Tiffany Chivlare and fiancé, Jake Jackson, of Mount Carmel, Illinois. A celebration of life will be held at a later date for family and friends. Memorial contributions may be made to Bethany Christian Church, 601 E. Mill Rd., Evansville, IN 47711.
