Bradley John "Brad" Griswold
Bradley "Brad" John Griswold, 42, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at his home surrounded by family. Brad was born in Lancaster, Wisconsin on January 2, 1978 to Butch and Jeanne Griswold. He attended high school in Lancaster, Wisconsin where he was active in sports and played football. Brad graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He worked for Kraft Foods for twelve years before moving to Evansville six years ago to work at Mead Johnson. He enjoyed attending Milwaukee Brewers baseball games and tailgating. He also was an avid Chicago Bears fan and loved fishing and golf. Brad's greatest joy came from being a father. He loved his children dearly and supported them in all of their activities. Brad was a man who showed endless compassion towards the people he loved. He was smart and loved to share his knowledge. He always made those around him laugh. Brad was a zealot Metallica fan and in his final days wouldn't part with his favorite back scratcher. Brad is survived by his wife of 14 years, Lisa (Smith) Griswold; his children, Payton Griswold, Carson Griswold, Brody Griswold and Adam Griswold all of Evansville, IN; his parents, Butch and Jeanne Griswold; sister, Chris Hahn (Dave); nephews, Spencer Hahn and Blake Hahn; and his four legged companions, Lars and Jordy. Brad appreciated the friends and family who brought normalcy to his life as he valiantly fought the biggest battle over the past three years.
