John 'Jack' Murphy RIEGELSVILLE John "Jack" Murphy, 94, formerly of Riegelsville, PA and Saucon Valley Manor, Hellertown, PA passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2020 in Phoebe Richland Health Care Center. He was born October 7, 1926 in Riegelsville, PA, a son of the late John and Mary Dicker Murphy, Sr. Jack was a graduate of Nockamixon High School and was a Navy veteran of WWII. He was an electrician by trade and worked for various companies including Riegel Paper, James River and Rexham Corporations. Jack was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Riegelsville, where he participated in many of the activities of the church and was a member of the Men's Club. He was a member of American Legion Post #905, Riegelsville and was an avid gardener. Jack is survived by his daughter-in-law, Sharon Murphy; grandchildren, Jodi "Murphy" Bailey (Matthew) and Michael and Jacqueline Tindall and great grandchildren, Jay and Madison Bailey. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anne, who died in 2008; his children, Jay Murphy, Barbara Jean Earich and Patricia Tindall and his brothers, Robert and William Murphy. A Mass of Christian Burial and interment in the Riegelsville Union Cemetery will be held privately. Arrangements by the Robert W. Snyder Funeral Home, Riegelsville. Robert W.
