Jason Erwin Trzeciak
Jason Erwin Trzeciak Jason Trzeciak, age 49, passed unexpectedly on Nov. 11, 2020, at Strong Hospital in Rochester. He was born in Canandaigua on March 29, 1971, and was the son of Thaddeus and Sharon Trzeciak of Naples. Jason graduated from Naples High School and attended the Albany School of Pharmacy before deciding on a simpler lifestyle working as a landscaper before developing a talent for business. Always looking for the better way, he eventually found himself in the position of chief operating officer at the Vertus Charter School in Rochester, as well as assisting two other computer orientated companies with their operational needs. Jason is survived by his father, Thaddeus Trzeciak; stepmother, Rebecca Trzeciak; sister, Joy (Joe) Callaghan; their children, Bryce, Sage and Eliza Callaghan; three stepbrothers, Matthew, Zachary and Kevin Desrosiers; Margaret Fulford by guardianship, whom he considered his daughter; longtime love, Maggie Coalson; his extended family; and the Vertus family. Jason will always be remembered for his love of skateboarding, mountain biking, gardening and of course Myrtle, his faithful companion. Having a love for craft beers, philosophy, politics and science, Jason found himself surrounded by many like-minded friends. Jason followed the Buddhist path with a kind heart. At his request, there will be no service at this time. There will be a celebration of life when those who care can safely come together. Anyone wishing to remember Jason in a special way may make a gift in his memory to the Vertus Charter School at www.vertusschool.org\donate. "Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible."
