Joan T. Rhatigan Beloved mother and grandmother, of Westfield Joan T. Rhatigan, 85, passed away peacefully October 13, 2020 at Autumn Lake Healthcare, in Berkeley Heights. Born in Springfield, NJ, she was a longtime resident of Westfield, NJ. She was a graduate of Union High School, where she enjoyed sports and cheerleading. After graduating, she proudly worked for Esso Corporation, then working for Seton Hall University, until retiring. As an avid swimmer, she frequented the Cranford Pool. She also volunteered at the Hospice as a shop clerk. She was predeceased by her husband, William, in 1999. Surviving are her beloved daughters, Terri and Patti; granddaughter, Brennan; nephew, Thomas; and sons-in-law, Richard and Frank A memorial service will be arranged at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice Care.
