Zachary Duane Marlin Evansville - "Your wings were ready, but our hearts were not." ZacK "Fish" Marlin, of Evansville, passed away on Friday, October 16, 2020 at the age of 34. Zack worked as a federal parole officer. He attended Henderson County High School and in 2004 graduated with honors. He also received the Gold Award for Art from Henderson County High School. He received an academic scholarship from Eastern Kentucky University and a second academic scholarship from the College of Justice and Safety at Eastern Kentucky. He graduated from EKU with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Juvenile Corrections. Zack spent his time enjoying his family and friends, fishing and drawing. He was full of life and loved that he shared every single day through his contagious smile and amazing personality. Zack is truly missed. Surviving Zack are his wife Megan who he spent nine years with; three daughters, Jerzi and Tinsley Shirel and Rozalynn Marlin; his son, Ronan Marlin; parents, Kevin and Deanna Marlin of Henderson; brother, Joey Marlin; sister, Amanda Marlin; grandparents, Mary Jo Griffee and Arnold L (Cheryl) Griffee, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation and the Mass of Christian Burial for Zack will be private due to the pandemic. Burial will take place in St. Philip Church Cemetery.
