He coached Little League and remained close to many of his players.John is preceded in death by his father Harry and mother Gloria. He is survived by his wife Babs, son Kyle, daughter-in-law Maria -- all of Dallas; sister Candace Mayeron of Los Angeles, Constance Cowles of Minneapolis, rescue dog Eddie and in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, all of whom are grieving through the hole in their hearts. Due to Covid, a private service will be held at Restland Funeral Home later this week. Donations may be made in his name to the SPCA or the Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas.
