Mark H. Norton Mark H. Norton, 61, long-time resident of Point Pleasant NJ, formerly of New Providence, NJ, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2020, surrounded by family. After a long career at Comstock Boat Works in Point Pleasant, Mark most recently worked as an inspector for the Mutual Fire Insurance Association of New England. He was highly respected for his strong work ethic. With his bright smile and a heart of gold, Mark was a "true" and loyal friend. He was extremely generous with his time and talent and he never missed an opportunity to lend a hand. His fun-loving and warm, outgoing personality will be greatly missed by the many people whose lives he touched. He is survived by his pride and joy, his loving daughter, Jessica; mother, Maureen (Jim Connors); brother, Matt (Suzanne); sister, Marybeth Bogdanski (Ted); nephews, niece, and a legion of wonderful friends, fondly referred to as "Norton Nation." He was predeceased by his dear father, Bob Norton. A private family memorial service is planned.
