In memory of
Frances A. Kearney
Frances A. Kearney Frances A. Kearney left this world a better place and went to join her husband Patrick on August 27, 2020. She influenced the lives of hundreds of children as a devoted teacher in CVUSD and later in life as librarian for the Sacred Heart School. Frances came of age in an era when being a fiercely independent woman was not the norm, but she remained steadfast in her desire to get an education and make her own way, before she married and focused on family. A native of Brooklyn, NY and many decades resident of Palm Desert and parishioner of Sacred Heart Church, she instilled in all six of her children the need to be both self-sufficient and kind to others. And in turn, we share these same goals with her eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The entire family is so proud of and ever thankful for all her sacrifices and efforts. You will be greatly missed Frances.
