The Tudor brothers helped the business grow and thrive until the death of Vladimer, Jr. in 1996. Marion took over the duties as the family patriarch and oversaw the business and family for the next 24 years. He was an active commissioner of the California Table Grape Commission and a member of the Desert Grape Advisory Committee. Marion enjoyed classic cars, boating, talking about airplanes, and googling Hotrod.com . Marion spent much of the last years of his life caring fulltime for his wife, Cheryl. He is preceded in death by his father Vladimir, Sr., mother Cecelia, brothers Vladimer, Jr. and Peter, and sister Kathleen. He is survived by his wife Cheryl; sister-in-law Mandina Tudor of Palm Desert, CA; niece Doreen Tudor and her husband Derek Du Preez of La Quinta, CA; niece Cecilia Tudor Rose and her husband Brian Rose of Mills River, NC; nephew Vlady Tudor and his wife Teri of Star, Idaho; nephew George Tudor and his wife Jodi of Palm Desert, CA; and nephew Joseph Tudor and his wife Nicole of Visalia, CA. Marion entered into eternal rest on the evening of August 21, 2020. His loving memory will live on in the hearts and minds of his family and friends. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you donate to Galilee Center in Mecca, CA. For decades, Marion has been a great supporter of the Mecca community and we can think of no better way to honor his legacy than to continue this work.
