Charles Gary Chandler
Charles Gary Chandler Charles Gary Chandler passed away on Wednesday July 8, 2020 at the age of 74. Known to everyone as Gary, this amazing man was born on June 15, 1946 to Charles and Fayetta Chandler in St Joseph, Missouri. When Gary was 9 years old, the family moved to North Hollywood in California. By the time Gary turned 11, they had settled in Imperial Beach, California. Gary moved to the small town of Mariposa, California as an adult and that is where he lived out the rest of his life. Gary was a well-loved and hardworking man. He was genuine in every way, always willing to help others no matter what. Everyone who met him loved who he was and never had a bad thing to say about him. He loved sports - having played basketball, football, and baseball - and spending time with his family and friends. He also loved being outdoors, rather it be sitting in the sun or doing yard work, reading books and the newspaper, as well as eating sweet treats and drinking chocolate milk He is survived by his five sisters; his wife Clara Jeannette Chandler; son Daniel Chandler and his wife Laney; daughter Felicia Marie O'Donnell and her husband Sean; grandchildren Skyler, Taylor, Chandler, Devin, and Cole. Gary also has many friends and extended family who grieve his passing. Gary will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
