James (JB) Chiles Jr., 67, of Sebring, Ohio passed away July 13, 2020 at Cleveland Clinic. Born in Harrisburg, PA to James and Veronica Chiles, he had spent most of his life in Pennsylvania. He served his country in the Army from 1975 - 1978 and retired from the Post Office in 2010. He had recently moved to Copeland Oaks in Sebring with his wife where he continued his love of gardening, making their yard bright with flowers. Surviving are his beloved wife Kathleen, whom he married in 1983, stepson Rob Snyder (Ning), grandsons Jack & Parker Snyder, brother John Chiles (Linda), sister Sue Price (Perry) and several nieces & nephews. Preceding him in death were his parents & brother Mike Chiles. A memorial service will be held at a later date. www.pennlive.com/obits
