Edwardo (Ed) Villarreal, age 63 of Fort Walton Beach FL, passed away on July 26, 2020. He was born on September 13, 1956 in Corpus Christi, Texas, to Mercedes and Richard Villarreal. Ed was a faithful member of St. Mary Catholic Church and a Fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus. He loved his charity work for the church and the Knights. One of Ed's favorite things to do was play golf, he especially enjoyed playing golf with his Texas friends every year when they came to Florida on vacation. Ed was also a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and would never miss watching a game. Ed is survived by his wife, Cheryl and his daughter, Heather; his brothers, Albert, Victor and David; his nephew and godsons, Matthew & D.J. Villarreal; god daughter & niece, Aly Villarreal; nephews, Shawn Ellegood, Jeffrey & Jayson Holloway, Matthew Cavinder, Jacob Frantz, Luc & Nic Yon; nieces, Grace Frantz & Amber Yon. He is preceded in death by his mother, Mercedes Villarreal; father, Richard Villarreal; brothers, Ricky & Michael Villarreal and his sister, Denise Ellegood. A memorial mass will be held at St. Mary Catholic Church, Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at 10:00am.
