Willard H. Silvius PLAINFIELD TOWNSHIP Willard H. Silvius, 71, of Plainfield Township, formerly of Wind Gap, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2020, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg. He was the husband of Linda S. (Repscher) Silvius. Together they celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary last December. Born in Davielsville, he was a son of the late Willard G. and Marilyn M. (Heckman) Silvius. A 1966 graduate of Nazareth High School, Willard later joined the United States Army and honorably served during the Vietnam War. He was employed by C.F. Martin Guitar in Nazareth, where he was a master craftsman for 48 years, until retiring in 2015. Although woodworking was his passion, Willard meticulously maintained the appearance of his home and property, which was a true labor of love and enjoyment. In addition to his loving wife, Linda, he is survived by four children, Mark Silvius and companion, Lori, of Pen Argyl, Tracy Smith and husband, Kevin, of Wind Gap, Samuel Corkins and wife, Alana, of Tennessee, and Jennifer DeRea and husband, Richard, of Bangor; eight grandchildren; three brothers, Wayne Silvius and wife, Connie, of Bangor, Ronald Silvius and wife, Shirley, and Dennis Silvius and wife, Karin, both of Nazareth; four sisters, Melrose Werkheiser and husband, Paul, of Nazareth, Sandra Bray of Wind Gap, Eileen George and husband, Thomas, and Carol Correll and husband, Roy, both of Bath; along with many nieces and nephews. A Public Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held on Friday, July 31, 2020, at 1 p.m. in Greenwood Cemetery, Nazareth. Friends and relatives are invited to call on Friday morning from 11 a.m. to 12 noon in the George G. Bensing Funeral Home, LLC, 2165 Community Drive, Route 946, Village of Moorestown - Bath, PA 18014. COVID-19 restrictions apply. George G.
