Andrew M. Dolan BANGOR Andrew M. Dolan, 90, of Bangor, PA, passed away Saturday, July 25, at his residence. Andrew was born in Maplewood, NJ, on May 18, 1930, a son of the late Michael and Helen (Zawistowski) Dolan. He was the husband of the late Joan R. Dolan, who passed away in 2005. Andrew was employed at the former New Jersey Bell in New Village, NJ, until retiring in 1989. He served in the U.S. Air Force in the Korean War. Andrew was a former member of the Monroe Beagle Club and a member of the former Rodeo Cowboys Association. Andrew was a rodeo cowboy who won the bareback riding at Shelby, Montana in 1949 and a go-round at Madison Square Garden that same year. He was also a multiple year end winner at the Cowtown Rodeo in Woodstown, NJ. He was an avid beagler, thoroughbred racehorse owner, trick roper, and hunter. Andrew is survived by two daughters, Patricia A. Reidinger and Susan M. Kies, wife of Harold; son, Michael Dolan; brother, William Dolan; three grandchildren, Andrew, Michael, and Casey and a great-granddaughter, Finleigh. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the James J. Palmeri Funeral Home, 6602 Alpha Ave., Martins Creek, PA.
