Thomas J. Hyndshaw Jr. MOORE TOWNSHIP Thomas J. Hyndshaw Jr., 77, of Moore Township, formerly of Nazareth, peacefully passed away while in the loving care of his family at home on Friday, June 26, 2020. Tom and his wife, Phyllis J. (Temos) Hyndshaw, celebrated 19 years of marriage on February 7th. Born in Phillipsburg, NJ, Tom was a son of the late Thomas J. Sr. and Helen H. (Schooley) Hyndshaw. He was a graduate of Phillipsburg High School, Class of 1961. For 30 years, Tom was employed by the Journal of Commerce, where he was the mailroom foreman before they discontinued operations in Phillipsburg, NJ. Prior to retiring, he was a custodian for the Nazareth School District. Tom was a member of Phillipsburg Masonic Lodge No. 52, F. & A.M., Tall Cedars of Lebanon, Warren County Forest No. 14, East Lawn Social Club, and Nazareth American Legion. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and golfing. In addition to his loving wife, Phyllis, he is survived by his two daughters, Tami-Lyn Depew and her husband, Steve, of Saylorsburg, and Traci Moser and her husband, Darryl, of New Ringgold; a stepson, Michael Keller of Moore Township; a stepdaughter, Melissa Schuch of Bethlehem; and eight grandchildren, Christopher, Mackenzie, Delaney, Zach, Zak, Travis, Isaiah, and Natalia. He is also survived by a brother, Harry Hyndshaw and his wife, Jill, of Phillipsburg, NJ; two sisters, Margaret Drummond and her husband, Jimmy, of Texas, and Nancy Shafer of Belfast; a brother-in-law, Paul Temos and his wife, Jean, of Belfast; a sister-in-law, Ruth Boyko of Lower Nazareth Township; along with many nieces and nephews. Tom was preceded in death by a brother, Walt Hyndshaw. A gathering in celebration of Tom's life will be held on Friday, July 3, 2020, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a Masonic Funeral Service at 12 noon, in the George G. Bensing Funeral Home, LLC, 2165 Community Drive, Route 946, Village of Moorestown - Bath, PA 18014. Burial will be private. Due to current restrictions, please follow all social distancing protocals and a facial covering is required. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to Lehigh Valley Hospice, 2024 Lehigh Street, Allentown, PA 18103. George G.
