Josephine DiMartino 'Always had a bright smile and boundless love for her family' Josephine DiMartino, 92, of Cedar Grove, N.J., passed away on June 27, 2020. Services begin on Tuesday, June 30, at 8:45 a.m. at Shook's Cedar Grove Funeral Home, 486 Pompton Ave., Cedar Grove. Funeral Mass is at 10 a.m. at St. Lucy's Church, Newark, N.J., with interment at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Caldwell, N.J. Visitation will be on Monday, June 29, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memories and condolences may be shared at shookscedargrove.com . Born in Newark to the late Salvatore and Lucia Rosania, Josephine moved to Cedar Grove in 1963. Josephine was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who was cherished and loved by her family. She always had a bright smile, helping hand, and boundless love for her family, whom she loved unconditionally. She was a diehard N.Y. Yankees fan. A homemaker, she was devoted to the care of her family. Predeceased by her husband, Joseph, and son-in-law, Keith Gabel, she is survived by her children, Angela LaManna, Gerard, Lucille Gabel, Barbara Tiseo, Anne Marie Perri (Antonio), and Raffaella Capalbo (Gino); grandchildren, Felice, Fay, Christopher, Daniel, Alison, Paul, Michael, Joseph, Dominick, Gino, Carmine, Danielle, and Anthony; great-grandchildren, Natalie, Amanda, Lauren, James, Aubrey, Levon, Matilda, Graham, Mathew, and Jack; and her brother, Joseph Rosania (Rose).
