Kenneth Roy Walters, 57, left this world on June 23, 2020 to be with our Heavenly Father and become a warrior angel in God's army. He was reunited with his father, Roy Walters and his big brother, Steve Walters. Born and raised in Panama City, he was a local business owner who was known as the perfectionist. Kenny enjoyed hunting, fishing, and had a passion for music. He leaves behind his devoted wife of 30 years, Donna Walters, his two daughters, Julie Touchton (Adam) and Amy Boone Davis (Robert), five precious grandchildren, Ashlie, Elizabeth, Michael, Tallulah and Dallilah. Also left to cherish his memory is his loving mother, Ollie Laverne Walters and his two sisters, Gail Walters (Steve) and Pam Kirkland (Eric), with many loving nieces , nephews, aunts and uncles. He will be truly missed by all who knew him. Kenny's unique personality left an impression on everyone he met. A man of God with a heart of gold, he lived his life to the fullest, and he loved his family fiercely. Kenny was a man of honor and integrity. We, his family treasured him and will miss him deeply. He will forever be in our hearts. Memorial services will be held on Sunday at 3 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.
