Mr. Hollie Mulvehill, age 85 years of Cropwell, AL passed away Friday, June 19, 2020. He was a much beloved husband, dad, grandfather, son, brother, Uncle and friend. He is survived by his beloved wife Elsie Mulvehill, son Mark Mulvehill, daughters Sharon Glover (Scott), Misti Easter (Jeremy), grandchildren Christopher Allison, Dylan Mulvehill, Pamela Thessen (Michael), and Brandon Glover (Rachel Puckett), Step-daughter Sherry Hammett (Buddy), their children Erin, Patrick (Lana) and their children Hayden, Avery, and Madison, as well as, many beloved nieces and nephews who were dear to his heart. He was proceeded in death by his beloved wife Shirley Mulvehill, his beloved parents Edward and Alice Mulvehill, his beloved sister Carolyn Smith, and his beloved daughter-in-law Paige Hornsby Mulvehill. He attended Cropwell Baptist Church and was a former member of Eastside Baptist Church, Cullman, AL and Centercrest Baptist Church, Birmingham, AL He was a proud American and served in the US Airforce during the Korean Conflict. He was the founder and original owner of Mulvehill Service Company. He was highly principled and ethical in all his business dealings. His Christian example was reflected in his work each day. He was dedicated to his customers with a heart for serving others. He dearly loved the Lord and it is well with his soul. Visitation will be Monday, June 22, at The Gardendale Funeral home located at 2214 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071 from 4:30-6:00 p.m. The funeral will be graveside Tuesday, June 23, at 10:00 a.m. at the Liberty-Minter Cemetery located at 1990 Self Creek Road, Morris, AL 35116. His beloved nephew, Rev. Dr. Kipp McClurg officiating.
