James Ronald Bailey Jr.
James Ronald Bailey, Jr. resident of Lynn Haven, Florida passed away June 18th, 2020. James was born on December 27th, 1965 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to James Ronald Bailey, Sr. and Janice Mims Bailey. He retired from the United States Air Force and continued to work at Tyndall Air Force Base since 1994. After retirement, he continued his education by completing a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Management from Troy State University. He also completed the training to become an Industrial Security Professional. He was a board member for the Epilepsy Association of the Big Bend and was very active in the March of Dimes Walk Committee. He was a member and usher of the Lynn Haven Methodist Church and an avid fan of his beloved Texas A&M Aggies. He is survived by wife Leigh DeVane Bailey, daughter Brianna Bailey, mother-in-law JoAnne DeVane, brother Ryan Bailey, sister-in-law Sheryl DeVane Cullifer (Tim), niece Rebecca Lambert (Eric), great niece Hannah Lambert, great nephew Levi Lambert and his parents Jim and Janice Bailey. Funeral service were held 1:00 P.M. Monday, June 22, 2020 at the Lynn Haven United Methodist Church, Fusion Campus with Pastor Craig Carter and other pastors officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 12:00 P.M. – 1:00 P.M at the church.
