Dolores "Dee" Brown
Dolores A. "Dee" Brown (nee Farnolz), age 88 of North Royalton, OH. Passed away after an extended battle with cancer on June 2, 2020, at St. Augustine Holy Family Hospice Center in Parma, Ohio. She leaves behind her husband of 37 years, Denver Brown, Jr. Dee, as she liked to be called, was born on May 5, 1932 in Cleveland, Ohio to father August Henry Farnolz and mother Elsie Frieda Schieman Farnolz, who preceded her in death. She grew up in a loving family that liked to travel. Dee worked for U.S Steel in the Cleveland Cuyahoga plant for 32 years in the shipping department. She discovered a love for camping and spent as much time as she could doing just that with the companionship of her mother following her father's death. She met Denver Brown, Jr. at a campground and they married in 1982. Dee is survived by her husband and her sister, Shirley Hoinke, and brother-in-law Wayne Hoinke of Brunswick, Ohio. She had three loving nieces and was a great-aunt to many. Memorials may be forwarded at Dee's request to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Inc., 262 Danny Thomas PlaceMemphis, TN 38105.
