Mark Pompa, 53 Beloved father, husband, and brother Mark Pompa, 53, of Staten Island, N.Y., passed away on Monday, April 20, 2020 due to COVID-19. Mark was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., to the late Elaine and Rocco Pompa. He spent the majority of his life living on Staten Island and in Brooklyn. He worked many years in the men's retail business with his father and brother at Majestic Man on Staten Island. Mark was a lover of Frank Sinatra and a die-hard New York Yankees fan. Most of all, Mark enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, having barbecues in his backyard. Mark had a great sense of humor and always knew how to make everyone laugh. Mark Pompa is survived by his wife, Lisa Cilone; his children, Alexa Pompa, Crysta Pompa, Mark Pompa, Nicolette Pompa and stepdaughter, Stefani Wren, along with his brother, Gerard Pompa. His family will remember him as the fun, loving and strong man he was. Due to health concerns and current restrictions on gatherings, there will be no funeral services at this time. A celebration of life will be held at a time to be announced.
