Helen C. "Memomie" Wall
Helen C. "Memomie" Wall passed away peacefully on Sunday May 24th, 2020. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends who will cherish the memory of her beautiful life. She was married to Lewis Wall for 52 years who preceded her in death in 1994. Helen loved young children and kept the nursery for Cinco Baptist Church when she was younger. The neighborhood kids all loved her. They called her Memmomie, as did her grandkids and great grandkids. The past few years, she would wait on the ramp for the kids to get off the school bus and greet them with cookies or some kind of candy. The kids will surely miss her. Helen was also preceded in death by baby Timmy. Helen is survived by Donna Ellis(Bill), Wanda Duran(Gary) and Kevin Wall, 7 Grandkids, 7 Great Grandkids and 1 Great, Great Grandchild and many nieces and nephews. She will be missed by everyone she has touched in her life. There will be a Celebration of life on June 2, 2020 at 10AM at Cinco Baptist Church, Ft. Walton Beach. Following the service there will be a meet and greet at 133 Rainbow Dr. Ft. Walton Beach. In leu of flowers, donations can be made to Emerald Coast Hospice who did a wonderful job keeping Helen comfortable and giving her moral support to last as long as she did. We thank them very much. A special thanks to Ginny from Hospice. She took very good care of mom and we really appreciate it. A big thanks also to Jeanie and Johnny Pryor for all of their help through these trying times.
