Marjorie "Jorie" Muterspaugh, 77, of Lynn Haven, FL went to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 19, 2020. Jorie was born August 9, 1942 in Bonifay, Florida and grew up in a military family. She attended Everitt Middle School and graduated from Bay High School. She furthered her studies at Gulf Coast Community College where she met her husband of over 50 years. Jorie was a member of 1st Baptist of Parker, devoted mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ramon Muterspaugh; father, Herman Strickland and mother, Marjorie Strickland. Those left to cherish Jorie's memory include her daughter, Marla Booker (Edward); sons, Brian Muterspaugh and David Muterspaugh; grandchildren, Edward R. Booker (Brittany), Olivia Morgan, Samantha Willard (Andrew), Emma Louise, Jonathan Booker, and Nikki Booker; great-grandson, Edward Joseph 'E.J.' Booker; sister, Debra Gay; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, including Geraldine Haddan; lifelong friends, William Donaldson and Joyce Maueux. The family will receive friends 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Friday, May 29, 2020 at Heritage Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M., Saturday, May 30, 2020 at Heritage Funeral Home with Pastor Jack Hankins officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
