SAKAMOTO, Anne Anne Sakamoto (Bannon), died at the age of 68 at her home in Dallas, Texas on May 3, 2020. Anne was born July 23, 1951 in South Bend, Indiana to John M. Bannon and Elizabeth R. Bannon (Frymire). She grew up in Dallas, Texas where she attended W.T. White High School (class of 1969). She went on to graduate from Texas Women's University (class of 1975) and work as nurse for over 30 years. She lived in Sacramento, California for 26 years with her family before moving back to Dallas in 2015. A beloved mother and sister Anne is survived by her two daughters Jennifer and Julia; their father Michael; her sister Colleen Bowers and husband Dennis; her brother John M. Bannon II and wife Sandy; her brother George Bannon and wife Ann; her brother Danny Bannon; and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Anne is predeceased by her parents and her grandparents. Anne never met a stranger-she would make friends wherever she went. She loved to cook, garden, listen to music, and talk the ear off anyone who was lucky enough to listen. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
